[Vol. 1: 39–45, 100, 106, 108, 181–189, 200–204, 224] Psalm 1 declares a blessing (1–3, 6a) and warns of a judgement (4, 5, 6b). The blessing is on the one described in verses 1–3. The covenant God watches over the one who loves Him, and who therefore delights in God’s law with all his heart.
